Refund policy
We at Urban Essence have formulated each product to transparently deliver the best possible results. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us, and we will take care of everything for you.
We offer refunds/replacements only in the following cases:
You received a wrong shipment
You received a damaged product
You received an expired product
In any of the above cases, please raise a return/ replacement request within 7 (seven) days from delivery. To submit a return/refund request in such circumstances, please drop us an email at Care@urbanessence.in. A genuine unpacking video must be attached in mail along with return/refund request.
No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 7 days from the time of delivery of the product.
Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick up the order from your doorstep.
Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24 hours.
